Project leader data architecture Solvency II (ref: 1366PLDA)

1. Context of the mission

The candidate will work within the IS Programme management team under the supervision of an IS programme manager and IS Senior Architect. He will be working on the Marcov programme, aiming to implement Solvency II regulation within Client. In his role, he will be coaching less senior analysts working on the project and participating in negotiations with the business client (CFO) on approach, deliverables and timing.

Start date: ASAP. Duration: 1 year with possible extension

French, Dutch – one of the two may be passive English

Brussels (near Central Station).

6. Objective of the job

Lead a team of functional and technical analysts describing

• the as-is and to be application landscape of all risk-related applications
• the as-is and to be data architecture for risk-related applications
• the as-is and to be detailed data mapping from operational databases up to risk reporting

This will include

• managing a sub-project within the Marcov II programme applying clients and Prince II standards
• reporting progress towards the IT and business programme managers
• coaching analysts working on the description of the as-is and to-be situation
• contributing to the overall architecture view of the Solvency II solution for client
• working with client Infrastructure and Operations people to implement solutions
